My will not be president of any country, but sometimes wonder about if the president of a country, what would be my first course of action. I think that in one way or another, would focus in the following way:
1 .- The government takes full control of prices, and process billing and deposit of collections for all businesses. For this we have the computer technology. Article 2
Whatever is sold will be paid as indicated by the official databases and official price for each product in the region where it has sold. So that neither the supplier nor the consumer involved in the process price allocation and transfer of money from the customer's account to the supplier.
3 .- Every citizen to buy used electronic transfer account assigned by the government in a bank customer's choice. Individual accounts of fetuses and children will be administered by their parents or guardians, under the supervision of a social inspector.
4 .- The monetary issue is regulated by the Human Rights so that as indicated by the constitution for citizens to consume everything that is not luxury, that is indicated by the charter of Human Rights as a non-negotiable right of every human being from conception. The Bank Central and valid shall provide new money for these payments. And a debt is recorded in the consumer and provider a deposit. This is the principle of Right to Credit Auto daily or situational depending on the dose of Human Rights of every citizen . This appropriation is active through work or occupational discipline, but the value of working does not limit the value of the Right to Eat .
5 .- It is obligatory contribution of at least four hours of work which will be counted to offset the consumption of human rights in EMP (personal money issue). The job is not to live but to fulfill the social contract where performance de todo depende de todos. Cualquiera puede denunciar trabajo por realizar ante el gobierno, y cualquiera puede reclamarlo para ejecutarlo. La falta de dinero no es excusa para no hacer lo que hay que hacer. El trabajo se financia a sí mismo por la EMP que produce. Esto activará un verdadero libre mercado justo.
Art. 6.- Todo ciudadano desde su fecundación y hasta su muerte goza del derecho a la EMP (Emisión Monetaria Personal).
Art. 7.- Se pone en aplicación el Código Nacional de Moral, Cívica y Buenas Costumbres, con el Sistema de concurso y seguimiento por cada ciudadano, de forma que las multas del mismo alimenten el sistema de desmonetización.
Así está escrito, así se right.
