These words are addressed to those who make up the rings of power anywhere in the world, and who have access to these members.
For those not fluent term explained that these rings are composed of people who influence the decisions of those APF (wealthy, powerful or famous) of this world.
In general, people APF do not make decisions for themselves, especially as the social rate imposed on them does not allow it. In that sense they have friends, employees, informers, etc. These are the ones who integrates his power ring.
Although very attractive to be part of these rings is not my direct intention to be part of one of them, not try to enter this dynamic of competition and jealousy. I consider it a threat to the status quo of the members of these rings of power.
The reason I write: I have some truly functional solutions, and support for problems such as poverty, financing of major health plans, education, housing, etc. I hope to implement some of these ideas and we need in particular acts of will of powerful people, in many cases not even need money.
The best part of these proposals is that they can be implemented with little or no money, being the largest share of power who support them.
To make matters worse, these proposals not diminish the benefits and profits of the powerful, the increase in the same measure that allows the poor to live in peace and progress.
If someday some members of some ring to get to read this, and to do something, these words must not be lost.
