Cuando los Seres Humanos logran entender su interdependencia forman sociedades y países, y en ese sentido pasan a ser los dueños de los países que constituyen.
Cada uno pudiera ser libre en la selva, pero renuncia a esa libertad salvaje para disfrutar de la libertad condicionada que le da esa nueva sociedad. Se trata de que entre todos se comprometen a cubrir los servicios y necesidades of all and trying to ensure a better life.
